Busck & Co is a third-generation Swedish family business with roots dating back to 1923. What began with Ingo Busck car batteries has, over the course of a century, evolved into one of the Nordic region’s leading companies in electric drive systems and transmissions. In 1928, Gösta Ullman became a partner—and it is his grandchildren who own and run the company today.
In 1955, the company shifted its focus to electric motors, which have been its core product ever since. In 2006, the headquarters and warehouse moved to their current location in Kållered, outside Gothenburg. The subsidiary Busck & Co was established in Denmark in 2003 and Busck in Norway in 2005—today, Busck supplies customers in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, but also ships to the rest of the world.
